Ms. Wilkerson's Second Grade

My name is Whitney Wilkerson and I am very excited to be teaching second grade this year!

I am originally from The Woodlands, TX (north of Houston) and came to Louisiana to attend college. I received both my Bachelor’s and Masters degrees in Elementary Education from LSU. (Geaux Tigers!!) After spending my college years in Baton Rouge, I decided to permanently call Louisiana home.

I have worked with students in all grades 1-5, most recently as the fifth grade social studies teacher here at MSA. In addition to teaching at MSA, I also sponsor the flag team at Plaquemine High School.
